What's the difference between indoor storage and a container?
Our storage is inside a dry, brick-built warehouse — a proper building with a roof and walls. Outdoor self-storage containers sit in a yard exposed to the weather, which can mean damp, condensation and big temperature swings. Your furniture much prefers being indoors.
Do I have to bring my things to you?
No — that's the best part. We collect from your home, store everything for as long as you need, and bring it back when you're ready. You never have to hire a van or lift a box.
Is there a minimum length of time?
No minimum term and no deposit. Store for a fortnight while a chain sorts itself out, or for a year or more — it's entirely up to you. Storage starts from £1.11 a day.
Can I get to my belongings while they're stored?
Your goods are stored securely in our warehouse rather than in a unit you pop into yourself. If you need something back, just give us a bit of notice and we'll arrange access — it keeps everything safer that way.
Is my furniture insured while it's stored?
Yes. Stored goods are covered, with liability up to £25,000 as standard and extendable to £50,000 on request. Ask us and we'll set the right level for what you're storing.
